What you will be doing

• Lead electronics design & optimization – from concept to final product, with a focus on (DC-DC) power electronics and control. –

• Hands-on product testing – stress test our products in every way imaginable, identify weaknesses, and propose improvements.

• Build and improve testing tools/jigs – both for our lab and production environments.

• Troubleshoot complex issues – analyse problems, test hypotheses, and develop robust, cost-effective solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams & freelancers – ensure electronics integrate seamlessly with firmware, mechanics, and production needs.

What you will bring

• Proven track record (5+ years) in electronics design and testing, ideally in small-scale power electronics.

• Strong skills in DC-DC converter design, including inductor/filter calculations and control strategies.

• Proficiency with electronics simulation and design tools (e.g., LTspice, Altium/KiCad).

• Analytical, hands-on problem-solving approach and ability to work independently.

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• Professional proficiency in English; Other skills you’ll bring:

• Comfortable collaborating in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.

• Able to communicate complex technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
