What you will be doing
You’ll manage the end-to-end purchasing, delivery, and inventory optimization of third-party appliances (e.g., solar panels, electronics, cables, marketing materials). You ensure seamless coordination with suppliers, quality teams, and warehouse personnel to achieve on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and accurate inventory control.
Your main tasks include:
- Purchasing & Order Management: Oversee end-to-end purchasing processes, including PO issuance, documentation, payment applications, and supplier coordination for third-party appliances.
- Delivery & Production Coordination: Align delivery plans with project timelines, monitor supplier production, and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Control & Inspection Coordination: Schedule inspections, track PDI report approvals, and collaborate with quality teams to address defects and minimize delivery disruptions.
- Inventory Management & Optimization: Manage goods receipt in SAP, conduct weekly/annual stock checks, optimize SKUs, flag aging inventory (e.g., battery-containing items), process SWAP orders and handle packaging material Purchasing.
- Supplier performance support: Assist in evaluating supplier KPIs to enhance performance and reliability.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
What you will bring
- You have 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management or purchasing tracking, experience in solar industry or electronic products.
- College’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in ERP system operation, SAP experience is a plus.
- Familiar with international trade processes, understand basic trade terms, and have certain customs knowledge(preferred).

- Problem-solving agility to resolve production/delivery issues.
- Attention to detail for accurate SAP data entry and documentation.

- Your willingness to travel to supplier sites is essential.
