What's on the menu?

You will help Orbisk open and develop the strategic accounts that matter most in your market. This role sits at the front of our entire commercial engine. No meetings = no pipeline. It matters that much.

You will be in the office most days, next to the AEs and the people who will coach you. You will call Executive Chefs, F&B Directors and GMs, who are all busy, sceptical and did not ask to hear from you. You will likely hear “no” far more often than “yes”.
What makes those calls worth making: you are not selling another dashboard. You are calling chefs about the thing that quietly eats their margin, and the first meeting you book can turn into a rollout across dozens of kitchens. You will be able to point at a number and say that happened because I picked up the phone.

The UK and Ireland hold the most developed contract catering market in Europe, and we already have customers there. You will not be starting from nothing, and you will not be starting from comfortable either.

This is also the fastest route into an AE seat at Orbisk. Do it well and we will tell you exactly what the step up takes and how long it should take you.

What you will do

• Own a named account list in the UK and Ireland: hotel groups, contract caterers and hospitality operators. You research it, build it and work it.
• Call. Every day, at volume. Chefs or GMs are not always in their inbox at 9am, so be prepared to always pick up the phone.
• Write and run your own email and LinkedIn campaigns. Test them, measure them, and adapt what doesn’t work.
• Qualify hard. A meeting that wastes an AE or a customer’s time isn’t good for anyone.
• Hand over every meeting with clear context: who is in the room, why now, and what has already been discussed.
• Have strong CRM discipline. Log everything the same day. If it isn’t logged, it didn’t happen.
• Get into kitchens. Trade shows, customer visits and ride-alongs with AEs across the UK and Ireland.
• Bring energy and learnings to the weekly commercial meeting. What has and hasn’t worked for you should be shared.

What we expect from you

• Native-level English. This market will judge you on how you sound on the phone, and English is our working language too.
• 2+ years customer-facing, ideally on the phone. Tell us who you called, how often, and what it got you.
• Hospitality, foodservice, sustainability, SaaS, hardware-enabled technology or enterprise-sales experience is useful, but not essential.
• Confidence when speaking with senior stakeholders and the persistence to reach them.
• Evidence that you’ve hit a target when it was hard. Sales, sport, or a side business.
• High agency. You run your own day and take the initiative.
• You take coaching seriously and want to improve. You implement feedback quickly.
• You value in-person collaboration and are happy to join us in the office 4 days a week.
• The right to work in the Netherlands.

• €40.000 - €48.000 per year (depending on knowledge and experience).
• OTE: €60.000 - €72.000 per year
• 40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
• To take a break to recharge, we encourage you to take 30 days of annual leave per year (based on full time).
• To ensure you are taken care of later on, we have a pension contribution of 7%.
• Everyone has different needs when it comes to benefits. That’s why we offer you a flexible spending budget of € 40 per month that you can use towards health and wellness.
• To support your learning and growth, we offer an annual personal education budget of €500. But we also organize additional team learning activities and if needed provide access to career coaches.
• An annual home office budget of €250 is offered, so you can create a nice work from home space, as well as a travel allowance for when you work from home.
• We make sure we regularly organize company activities to connect and have fun with your colleagues.
