The Role
As Product Manager at iwell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision and ensuring its successful execution. Reporting directly to the CPO/CTO, you will act as the integrative force across Product Owners for hardware, software, and data, aligning efforts to deliver an exceptional and cohesive product experience. The role is highly cross-functional, overseeing the entire product landscape, identifying customer pain points, understanding market trends, and translating strategic opportunities into impactful product features.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a strong understanding of the market, customer needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Translate market insights and customer pain points into a roadmap and programs that contains strategic product features, enablers, and architecture considerations and that aligns with iwell’s mission and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, strategic marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment and consistency across software, data and hardware products.
Own product management processes and facilitate and lead quarterly Program Increment Planning sessions to manage progress and prioritize epics effectively.
Ensure functional product market-fit and non-functional drivers such as robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
Partner with Operations teams to enhance the operational maturity of iwell’s solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in product and portfolio management, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex product environments.
Strong technical understanding of product architecture, including scalability, modularity, and operational considerations.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize market trends, customer needs, and business strategy into actionable product roadmaps and features.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Program Increment Planning or similar frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of influencing without direct authority.
Experience in energy, sustainability, or related industries is a big plus.
