The Role

Do you possess a strong understanding of the energy market and aim to apply your commercial expertise towards shaping the sustainable energy infrastructure of tomorrow? We seek individuals who are eager to contribute to the expansion of our large-scale (5MW+) systems, a goal achievable only through a shared conviction in the significance of a new, sustainable energy paradigm. Additionally, we value your innate commercial acumen and creative flair, as you'll be instrumental in forging partnerships that prioritise satisfaction for both our clients and iwell.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our technical specialists within a project team, tasked with conceptualising and presenting large-scale energy storage solutions to our clientele. These projects encompass systems ranging from 5 to approximately 50 MW, and potentially even larger. Working alongside our clients, you'll jointly discern the optimal solution tailored to their specific needs. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the commercial and contractual aspects of project execution and establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining current relationships and forging new ones

  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop strategies for expanding our large-scale offerings

  • Understanding the market proposition for large-scale storage systems

  • Ensuring efficient contracting for projects through teamwork with clients

  • Introducing fresh, impactful ideas to enhance project outcomes


  • You possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial roles.

  • You relish working towards and surpassing targets.

  • You are proactive and practical.

  • You have a network in the energy transition field, with an inclination towards sustainable energy projects being a plus.

  • You have prior experience in contracting energy projects.

  • You are meticulous and well-organized.

  • You excel at cultivating client loyalty, fostering pride in their collaboration with us.

  • You are self-motivated, adept at establishing and achieving goals autonomously and within deadlines.
