The Role

Are you prepared to launch your career in finance as a Financial Controller? Join our dynamic finance team as a key member, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Collaborating with the CFO, Business Controller, and Financial Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining precise accounting records and enhancing the accounting function across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the CFO in keeping the complete accounting

• Lead transaction processes like AR / AP, tax and stock

• Owner of the monthly and annual closing process / reporting

• Drive continuous improvement of accounting and compliance related processes

• You have one direct report (Financial project manager) and your team will extend when realisation of further (international) growth of the company

Requirements

• A completed financial, accounting or business economics education - HBO/WO

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Dutch accounting, preferably in accountancy and / or already experienced as a financial controller

• You enjoy working in a scale-up

• You work accurately

• Demonstrable knowledge of Excel

• You fit the DNA of a social and sustainable company

• ERP (Netsuite Oracle) experience is a plus

• You ensure excellent communication
