Are you passionate about law and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment? We are looking for two interns to join our team for a three-month period each! As a Legal Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our global legal operations across a wide range of topics, from international corporate and commercial law to cutting-edge data privacy and compliance. Working closely with our Legal team, you'll help ensure our practices are sound, compliant, and continuously improving. This is a unique opportunity to dive into the world of in-house counsel, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow your legal expertise in a supportive and fast-paced setting.

• Support Global Legal Operations: Assist with everything from corporate housekeeping for our international entities to commercial contract review.

• Implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System: Play a key role in the rollout and management of our new CLM tool to streamline our contracting processes.

• Contribute to our Global Privacy Program: Help ensure our operations are GDPR-proof by supporting tasks like reviewing Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

• Draft and Review Legal Documents: Gain practical experience with a variety of agreements, including sales contracts, procurement agreements, and NDAs.

• Research Diverse Legal Topics: Explore legal questions ranging from international corporate law to emerging sustainability and privacy regulations.

• Educational background in Law. (All candidates must have a valid authorization to perform an internship in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the position)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• A strong interest in one or more of the following areas is a major plus:

  • Corporate/Commercial Law (familiarity with Dutch, Indian or Delaware law is a bonus).

  • Data Privacy and Information Security (knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, Data Act).

  • The intersection of technology, law, and sustainability.

• Good communication skills in English.
