About your role

As our Project Management Officer, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects across Product Management, Operations and related business areas. This includes managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure strategic objectives are met. As part of the PMO team, you will also play a key role in promoting continuous improvement and building organizational capabilities, to drive consistent, high-quality project outcomes throughout the broader company.

  • Drive Strategic Project Execution
Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross-functional projects with excellence—ensuring timely execution, effective risk management, and alignment with organizational goals. Provide standardized tools, frameworks, and support to enhance consistency and quality across all initiatives.
  • Strengthen Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
Champion best practices, drive process improvements, and strengthen project management capabilities to support long-term organizational growth, adaptability and cross-functional collaboration.

List of Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of new product introduction and strategic projects spanning one or multiple business lines.
  • Own the full project life cycle: define scope, success criteria, and ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Lead day-to-day project operations, including resource coordination and chairing project team meetings.
  • Track project progress, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities and implementation standards.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential delays through effective planning and risk management.
  • Report on project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and uphold project management best practices, tools, and policies across the organization.
  • Mentor colleagues to enhance overall project management capabilities and maturity.
Your Skills & Experience
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • 5 years of project management experience; including experience of managing NPI (New Product Introduction) in the consumer tech industry.
  • Experience launching physical products globally (regulatory, localization, ramp-up).
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools
  • Strong preference for English & Mandarin speaking candidates
Skills
  • Deep understanding of NPI stages: concept, feasibility, prototyping (EVT/DVT/PVT), ramp-up, and launch.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical & business trade-offs.
  • Ability to proactively identify risks across design, engineering, supply chain, quality, and certification trajectories.
  • Experience running scenarios and modeling delays and mitigations (for example, design slips, sourcing issues) and able to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Adaptability; Experience working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities. Resilient in the face of delays, setbacks, or redesigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in risk management, time management, and budgeting.

  • Master’s degree or additional certifications
  • Experience with process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) and agile transformation.
